We are High Bar Home Inspections, an inspection services provider in Central and Southwest Ohio. Our inspection services include home inspections, radon testing, air quality testing and termite inspections. We take our combined 30 years experience in construction property management, home renovation and technology and apply it to ensure our inspections meet the "Highest Bar", so you know what you're getting!

 

Using the latest technology in home inspections, our inspectors delve into every corner of your new home to find whatever defects may be lurking.  With our extensive training and continuing education, we strive to stay ahead of the industry and to ensure your safety and comfort!

Our Inspectors

All High Bar's inspectors are InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors (C.P.I.), license by the State of Ohio and have passed the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIT). InterNACHI is the largest organization of home inspectors whose training program is certified by the US Dept. of Education and backs their inspectors with free agent referral protection, $25,000 Honor Guarantee, and the only "Buy Back Home Guarantee" program available.
